Mohammed Vizarat Rasool Khan (22 December 1946 – 21 October 2013) was a shareholder of the Andhra Pradesh Congressional Assembly and an educationist.

In 2003 he under way Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Telangana.
